Presence of high fever (40-41ºC), laminitis, coronitis,
and erosive lesions of the skin of the interdigital cleft, usually affecting
all four feet. Morbidity low but case fatality rate high (over 90%). Generally
affects animals aged 6 to 24 months of age. |
