Bench centrifuge: any make
Bottles: small, assorted, sterile, glass or plastic
Digital pipettes: Labsystems multistepper, digital multichannel, Easystepper or similar, adjustable to 25 and 50 ml.
Incubator: set at 37°C and gassed with 5% CO2, any make.
Inverted microscope: any make, various objectives.
Microtitre plates: Nunc TC microwell 96 FSI cat no 168055, or similar.
Pipettes: sterile, plastic 1 ml, 10 ml.
Reagent troughs (reservoirs): sterile
Tips: 200 µl and multi-stepper (sterile).
Tissue culture flasks: sterile, flat plastic.
Water bath: set at 56°C, any make.
