The Disease Front Page

The Disease Front Page presents you with a schematic view of what the AVIS FMD edition offers on the disease you have chosen. Each disease is presented in a similar way to facilitate navigation and use.

Disease information is presented in discrete Modules, according to the complexity and severity of the disease. Some diseases have only one Module; others such as Foot and Mouth Disease have several. The number of modules is determined by the expert group responsible for the disease. Where there is more than one Module for a disease, that Module addresses the needs of a particular stakeholder group, such as clinical, epidemiological or laboratory staff.
