Scrollbar and Sections

Many Pages have more content than can be viewed on a single screen.

Where a Page is long, you may access its full content using the scroll bar.

Where a Page is complex, you will see a Section Menu. The Menu presents a list the titles of Sections the Page contains. Click the Section title of your choice to access its content.

Some Sections are themselves complex, and contain, Sub-sections identified by title in yellow-green boxes when you access that Section. Click on the Sub-section title of your choice to access its content.
